After playing the electric guitar in local bands for many years, I decided to throw it out the window and head to the solo acoustic guitar. I loved the warm and rich sounds of it, and I also felt a lot more comfortable on my own, taking control of the music and dictating my own pace.
And then there was the thing about alternate tunings. I’ve always loved alternate tunings, they inspire new musical thoughts and patterns, and let you play and slide between chord forms that would normally be impossible.
In the year 2000, I finally recorded a few 
tunes at home and released my debut independent CD, “Primate Works” (photo), wich was very well received by the public at local gigs - or maybe they were just too drunk...
In 2001 I entered Acoustic Guitar Magazine’s “Homegrown CD Awards”, and got to know other musicians like Jim Earp, who gave me the extra motivation I needed.
After recording some more tunes in 2002/2003, I managed to release “Acoustical Blackberries”, now a full-length CD with all of my recorded material so far. Check out the sound samples on the website.
There’s loads of new stuff to release a brand new album, wich I hope will be done within the next months.
